What we collect on shared shortlist pages

When you open a shortlist link we record the visit (time, a one-way hash of your IP address, and your browser type). If you ask to see the full list we store the name and work email you give us and whether you verified it.

Candidate profiles

Shortlists are anonymised: they show job titles, employers, dates and our assessment of fit, never names, photos, profile links or contact details.
